Marketing Manager

The WholeFunding marketing manager handles all marketing activities as well as the company’s long-term marketing strategy. This role requires a logical head with a keen sense of creativity.

Marketing Manager Duties:

  • Manage all marketing and marketing activities for the company
  • Develop a short-term and long-term marketing strategy while adhering to WholeFunding’s core values and brand
  • Working with the entire department as a team co-ordinate WholeFunding marketing campaigns
  • Oversee and adhere to the marketing budget
  • Create and publish marketing and branding materials
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns on a national level
  • Measure and compare the results of all marketing efforts to be used to aid in the creation of future marketing plans
  • Responsible for brand management and corporate identity
  • Work closely with design agencies, preparing and assisting with new campaign and product launches
  • Maintain strong and effective internal communications, ensuring all relevant company functions are made known and all Team Members kept abreast
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships
  • Answers to the Marketing Director and CEO

Candidates Have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing
  • 5 Years Marketing Experience
  • Strong Analytical and Project Management Skills

Customer Service Ambassador

The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, processing orders, preparing correspondences and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Ambassador Duties:

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Advise on WholeFunding’s information, policies and procedures
  • Take payment information
  • Act as the WholeFunding gatekeeper

Candidates Have:

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Patience, a positive attitude and empathy
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Administrative Support Job Duties:

  • Assists office staff (sometimes executives and sometimes receptionists—there are no small roles at Whole Funding) in maintaining files and databases
  • Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
  • Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed
  • Monitors office operations
  • Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
  • Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
  • Manages staff schedules
  • Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
  • Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
  • Supervises all administrative goings on

Candidates Have:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • The ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Able to maintain staff confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
  • 2 years or more related experience
  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Associates Degree or Higher
